If the coupon is for Haicam cloud storage, please make sure you have set up a Haicam in your account before redeeming.
After your coupon is redeemed, the free cloud storage will be added to your account automatically. Then you need to log in to your YouIPCams mobile App to assign the cloud storage to one camera.
